Food Safety in the Outdoors. Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector. The training is run by Sarah Blake of Blake Training, but held at a venue at the Woodland Play Park, which is situated near Crowcombe, in Somerset.
